  • The BE 6 retains most of the design elements from the concept car.
  • These include C-shaped LED DRLs, aero-spec dual-tone alloy wheels, sloping roofline, glossy black body cladding,
  • Features include a full-length LED light bar on the tailgate, a new Mahindra Twin Peaks logo, and a chunky rear diffuser.
  • Inside, the Mahindra BE6 features a new two-spoke multifunction steering wheel with a backlit BE logo,
  • Dual digital screens for the driver display and infotainment system, and an airplane-inspired gear lever.
  • Additionally, the center console features a drive mode selector, front armrest, engine start-stop button, and cup holders.
  • An enhanced heads-up display and a Level 2 ADAS suite are also offered.

Features and Key

The BE 6 features dual-pod auto LED headlights, LED tail lights, and front fog lamps with cornering function. It has a 140-inch touch screen display. The Pack Two variant, for example, has a 59 kWh battery pack and a 231 PS electric motor.

  • The big highlight of the BE 6’s cabin is a twin-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated BE logo and touch capacitive controls.
  • This unit is not new, as all the recent Tata cars get this two-spoke steering wheel with a glow-up Tata logo.
  • Other than that, the SUV’s dashboard is dominated by a twin-display setup with AC vents and a centre console arm that divides both front passenger spaces.
  • Another interesting addition is a strap-like door grab handle on the inside, which adds a nice touch to the cabin of the BE 6.
  • Some notable features include wireless mobile charging, automatic climate control, drive modes, panoramic sunroof, a 16-speaker Harman Kardon-sourced music system, and OTA updates.
